Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows and applies ONLY to online orders:

 

1. All refund request must be notified via customer service and shipped within 7 business days.

2. Order item (s) must be returned in the condition it was shipped. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all available tags attached. Once your order has been received and inspected, we will process a refund your order. We cannot successfully process a refund without a product.

3. All refunds will include the price of the item (s) and taxes. Retail Addix does not profit from shipping cost, we only collect shipping cost to ship your order. Once your order is shipped, we can not refund shipping cost.

4. We will provide a return label and the cost that's needed to cover the returned package.

5. Please allow 24-48 for your refund to process. At the time we process your refund, we will email a receipt of your refund. Refunds typically process through your financial institution within 24 hours after we refund your order. However, in some cases financial institutions may take up to 48 hours or more to process.

Please note orders that contain the wrong shipping address that you enter when placing an order will NOT be eligible for a refund. When placing an order please enter all requested information correctly. Retail Addix reserves the right to deny any refund request on any shipped and delivered order (s) due to incorrect shipping information. 

Generally, all US Postal Service tracking numbers update between 12 am - 6 am from the date your order was shipped. For ex: order 0001 shipped at 3:15 pm on  Mon 1/6/2014 the updated tracking information will be available by the next business day Tues 1/07/2014. Once tracking information has been update, you will be able to tracking an order until it is delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure an ordered is received. Kloset Kurves cannot process a refund on orders that have been delivered and  have not been returned to us
