Here at Retail Addix our mission is to provide a pleasurable shopping experience for our customers. Which includes ensured shipping. We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. Free shipping is available to all 48 continental U.S. States. To view the details of our shipping options and rates. A brief overview of each shipping options is detailed below.

1. Standard order turn around time is 6-8 days. This time frame includes order processing 3-4 days and 2 day shipping. Shipping time does not reflect holidays or non business days for carriers. Each customer will receive an email notification on the day their order has shipped. Which include an official tracking number. Please allow tracking to update in order to ensure you receive real time tracking information. 

2. Standard 2 day shipping includes a USPS tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. On the day of shipping all shipping information will be emailed to the customer. As a customer it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is received. Once your package has been delivered, We are not responsible for any packages that been delivered that haven't received. As a customer if you feel your package is not safe in your environment, we strongly suggest to take advance of insured delivery. 

3. Insured 2 day shipping delivery includes a USPS tracking number, estimated date of arrival and requires a signature at the time of delivery. Add security by requiring a signature. A delivery record is kept by USPS and available upon request. Orders that require a signature will be returned to the Post Office after an attempt to delivery. Please arrange for you or someone you trust to be present to sign for your package. If the carrier has attempted to deliver your package and has not successfully obtained a signature, your order may be returned to your home Post Office or returned to our P.O. In the event your order is returned to us, we will contact you in order to return the order. Any additional shipping fees that may be applied must be paid before your order is shipped again.

4. We do not honor overnight shipping. We feel that the process for over night shipping is similar to 2 day priority shipping which is the method that we utilize. 2 day priority shipping is a better financial option than purchasing over night shipping.
